Karen Borain Coach offers coaching to individuals and teams, learning program development and facilitation to meet specific individual and business needs and the Professional Coaching and Leadership Program, an internationally accredited learning program for individuals wanting to become coaches and for leaders. This is a level 1 accredited program with the ICF - International Coaching Federation. Karen is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF with more than 1500 hours of coaching experience, more than 1500 hours of experience training coaching to Coaches and Leaders, and an additional 1000 hours of mentoring coaches. Karen has 35 years experience as a Training and Development Manager in a corporate as well as 20 years experience as a Coach. She is passionate about the training and development of people to reach their full potential.
